Get Ready to Meet Your Maker! How?

When you're told to "prepare to make your maker", what do you do? Who do you expect to meet? What will you wear? And just where will this all take place?

Will my maker wear a red carnation? Or a blue scarf? Will I recognize her/him/it? Will there be a gleam in my maker's eyes? Or will there even be eyes?

As for what to wear, do I wear black? White? Something colorful with flowers? A dress? Or can I get by with a pair of blue jeans? Clean of course, but jeans? Or would a neat pair of properly creased slacks do the job?

As for where this will take place, will it be "heaven"? And what is heaven? Where is it? How do I get there? Take the A-train or a jet plane? Would a bus take me that far? Or could I drive?

Just how do you prepare to meet your maker? My maker? Our maker?
